"right" tenant is the proper screening of "all" prospective tenants. This includes the
ability to check credit through the three major credit reporting agencies, Transunion,
Equifax, and Experian. This also includes obtaining a background criminal report
through National Tenant Network.
I will conduct a complete rental verification history and employment history on any
prospetive tenant. It is important to find a responsible tenant who will take care of
your investment as if it were their own, and it is my job to see that it takes place.

(or longer). I offer a flat rate of $95 per month as a monthly management fee.*
