If any work needed to be done, he already had someone who could take care of it.  House and carpets professionally cleaned…check!  Landscaping trimmed and gutters cleaned out… check!  New garage door opener…check!  Any email communication is answered within the hour, if not within minutes.  Knowing that Bill was taking care of everything allowed me to move with piece of mind secure in the knowledge that if I needed him or the tenant needed him…he would be there.

This is our first rental property and we had numerous questions. Bill answered all our questions as well as giving us great advice. Our house needed a lot of work. In getting the property ready to rent, we used multiple contractors that had been recommended to us. Bill’s contractors were by far the best ones we used. The quality of his contractors and his insight led to our property being rented in under a week. Bill has managed this property for me since the fall of 2008. Rents from the tenant did not cover all of the property expenses. I was out-of-pocket each month for HOA fees and property taxes. Bill guided me through a short sale of the condo which was successfully completed in Aug, 2010. He steered the transaction through the various potholes and traps that can occur during a short-sale. Bill went out of his way to deal with an inexperienced buyer’s agent to get paperwork completed for both sides. Bill truly earned his commission PLUS, in my opinion, the commission of the buyer’s agent. His in-depth knowledge of the short-sale process allowed me the luxury to relax and let the process flow with minimal follow-up on my part.
