Based on my experience working with Bill Fife over the past almost three years now I wanted to share the following review of Bill and the status of the relationship we have with him.   Bill came along fortuitously for us just as I was moving to Houston as a result of my marriage.  My wife and I were unsuccessful in finding a buyer for my home and were going to continue attempting to sell the home which would have required us to make two mortgage payments out of our own pockets. Bill appeared in the form of a mailing that suggested we look into possibly leasing my property.  That mailing turned out to be a true godsend.  Bill took over the listing of the property as a lease and within two weeks we had our first renter and he has successfully kept the property consistently rented even in the face of these rough economic times.  Bill's years of experience and expertise matched with his willingness to walk both my wife and I through the process of listing for lease and what was needed in order to have a successful lease was invaluable.  This was my first and only home purchase and lease so we relied heavily on Bill to guide us skillfully through all of the paperwork and legalities associated with successfully leasing a property and being an effective landlord.  We continued to rely on Bill as our Property Manager through our now three renters and we have had to weather some extremely difficult conversations and actions throughout this process.  At all times, Bill has exhibited the utmost professionalism and fairness whether he is dealing with me or with an unfortunate tenant.  There is no way we could have made it through all of this without Bill's assistance and compassion for our personal situation, and he continues to represent us very well.   Recently, Bill was even able to negotiate a very favorable selling price for the home and my wife and I are quite pleased.  Our hope is that when we are ready to sell our current home, or lease it, that we can somehow convince Bill to represent our property even though it is located in Houston instead of Dallas.
